Start with a short planning form so we understand your space, goals, and location.

We review feasibility, rough sizing, and scope before discussing numbers.

If it’s a good fit, we walk you through realistic budget ranges, timelines, and next steps, with no pressure to proceed.

HOW PAYMENTS WORK


50% deposit to secure your build and begin design & planning.

40% due half way through construction.

Final 10% due at project completion.

  • Simple, flexible options - most clients use one of the following.

    Most clients choose to fund their project using:

    • Cash or savings for a straightforward, interest-free build

    • Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), which many homeowners already have in place

    • Business funds, when the space is used as a home office, studio, or client-facing workspace

    Why HELOCs are popular:

    • Interest-only payments are often available

    • Funds can be drawn, repaid, and reused as needed

    • Rates are typically lower than unsecured loans

    We’re happy to walk through common approaches during your consultation, but we always recommend speaking directly with your bank or financial advisor to determine what’s best for you.

Your project comes together with care and coordination.

Once design, permits, and scheduling are complete, we handle the on-site phase with a clear plan and minimal disruption.

Whether your project is a garage conversion, backyard build, or standalone structure, we coordinate access, staging, inspections, and sequencing so the work progresses efficiently and safely.

Site conditions, access, and scope all factor into the final approach, and we’ll walk you through what to expect ahead of time so there are no surprises.

Our goal is a smooth build, clear communication, and a finished space that’s ready to use, without unnecessary disruption to your home or routine.
